Year 11, let's take a closer look at our PM work. We´re going to regroup and reorganize.

1.  Work Breakdown Structure - Make a graphic (WBS) (this will be very simple as we are primarily concerned with a production plan.
2.  Work Package Distribution - Make a list of task for each item in your WBS.  Include Time.
3.  Gantt Chart - Use template to create a Gantt chart to graph your tasks and time.
4.  Write a paragraph stating why you think this plan will work.  
5.  If you have made any modifications to the plan, please write a paragraph stating this.

Year 11, I think that now we are sorted.
